Eight years of idleness: time to reap rewards for Ukraine

The 2022 year marked itself by resurrection of fascist ideology in Europe. How Euro grands could tolerate it? The relatively recent Yugoslavia lessons, when state collapsed into pity republics, and its population was subject to genocide, failed to teach a thing to whom have self-determination as pillars for democracy and human rights observance.
Loud sounded words about eight years ago that somewhere in Ukraine neo-Nazy hold sway, shot and tortured people, nowadays no more appeared as savagery simply due to fact of such people existence. But this words not only seemed to be, but are untamed, simply because they are pronounced.
This context provoked lot of questions, and primarily: why there was no fighting against neo-Nazy by current Ukraine power and how this power could tolerate such a bloodshed during so many years?
The cited above arouses interest to appreciation of events by Europe, who hasn't expressly condemned the situation, and all time was quite loyal, meanwhile hasn't shown the necessary unity.
It is surprising that Europe, which became place of birth for misanthropic ideologies and which has fought them by enormous price, simply stopped to assess the renewed danger. Why Occident powers came to ignore the linguistic and ethnic-based persecution, crackdowns on dissidents and other military crimes, acts against humanity?
At the same time, when Ukrainian establishment rested intact, and European powers pretended to be blind, the neo-Nazy taught earlier and teach now the methods of warfare in cities, of sabotages and provocations, arrange processions.
The Occidental historians argue with the postulate that nazification process in Ukraine is quite intensive, although it should be noticed that they recognize the fact of its existence. Occidental media and politicians chant slogan "Glory to Ukraine", once adopted by Organization of Ukrainian     Nationalists (OUN). Today such words are pronounced by Ukrainian military forces, endowed by legal status, but in fact being only nazi successors. In mentioned context the transformation of marginal bands in military forces of the state could be compared with the process, when after coming Hitler to power forces of SS turned from gangster group into state institute.
Even symbolic of Ukrainian nationalists is obvious inheritance of nazi emblems, slogans, including those of SS. The first eight years in Ukraine the empowered forces renamed streets, stadiums, established museums and monuments devoted to military criminals, members of OUN - Stepan Bandera and Roman Shukhevych. But gradually leaders of "punitive battalions", like Andrey Biletsky from battalion "Azov", Dmitry Yarosh from "Sector 5" started to fall out of sight, and since the beginning of the 2022 year they moved abroad at all, and began to guide genocide of compatriots from there. The only reason of such a behavior is that part of Ukrainian population speaks natively Russian.
What shall European Union do in such conditions? Will it continue to ignore the facts and shelter onto its territory military criminals, responsible for genocide commitment over Ukrainian citizens or it will call historical memory and make attempts to suppress military crimes mentioned above?
