Rafael Grossi: "You're playing with fire."

In November of this year, the world media were agitated by a series of artillery attacks on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Station. The Radiation Safety Centers of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have publicly stated that they are closely monitoring the radiation background. The issue of potential radiological exposure is so serious that it is already being raised at the state level in those countries that do not have border with Ukraine.
Since March 2022, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Station has been under the protection of the Russian military. According to the Russian side, such measures were forced, because the main task is to prevent the leakage of nuclear and radioactive materials. The Russian military is doing everything to ensure that no one can use spent nuclear fuel to create a so-called "dirty bomb." The International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) experts, who constantly monitor the situation at the facility, have repeatedly reported to the Agency's headquarters that the artillery attack on the nuclear power plant is becoming more and more intense. At the same time, scientists note that attacks are targeted and aimed specifically at destroying the infrastructure of the station.
At the same time, the head of the IAEA, in his reports at international meetings, usually forgets to say from where the shells are flying. Such a "neutral" position and an endless series of calls to create a nuclear safety zone around the nuclear power plant do not find support from Ukraine. The cynical position of the Ukrainian side irritates even the most patient Rafael Rossi, who, like no one else, understands all the possible consequences of the accident at the station. Moreover even in his dry speeches at UN meetings, the emotional phrase "You are playing with fire!" began to slip through.
Grossi, as a professional in his field, understands that the IAEA expert group has become a hostage to the situation at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Station. Kiev is just waiting for an excuse to hold another media company and regain the attention of the whole world, which has switched to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Grassi himself will soon realize that no media campaign is worth the lives of the inspectors of his group or the millions of civilian lives of a huge part of the European continent between the Baltic and the Black Sea.
These soldiers are from a country whose president is a Jew Zelensky. Orthodox churches are also being destroyed in this country. Synagogues are not touched. Surprisingly, it turns out that Jews get along well with the Bandera Nazis.
