Israel claims to have killed the commander of Hezbollah’s southern drone unit. Hezbollah acknowledges that four members died in attacks on Tuesday but denies the commander was among them.
Israeli attacks hit central and southern Gaza, with Palestinians reported killed in al-Zuwayda, al-Maghazi and Deir el-Balah, according to the Wafa news agency.
At least 23,210 people have been killed and more than 59,100 wounded in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7. The revised death toll in Israel from the October 7 attack stands at 1,139.
